- One Nova Box per order: Unfortunately we don't have the ability to separate items into multiple boxes to multiple destinations. For now, multiple boxes need to be ordered in separate transactions. We'll work towards finding a better solution next time we do build a box! If you did want to order multiple boxes, please email info@cedardog.ca for assistance.
- Ship as gift: If you are purchasing a Nova Box and sending it as a gift, please include your loved one's shipping address under "Shipping Address" at check-out.
- Ship to you: If you are purchasing a Nova Box and having it sent to your address, please include your shipping address under "Shipping Address" at check-out.
- Personalized Message: If you would like to include a custom message in the card, please include this under "Add a custom message in your card" on the "Your Cart" page.
- Billing Address: Please enter your address (shipping address is for the recipient).
