Do you ship internationally?

You can place an order for delivery anywhere in Canada or the US on our website. We do offer international delivery, but please email us at team@novabox.ca for a shipping quote. Please note that we cannot be liable for international shipments which are held or refused by customs. 

Do you offer a local delivery service?

We use Haligone for all our local delivieries in the Halifax Peninsula, Bedford, Dartmouth, Clayton Park, Armdale, Burnside, and Fairmount. 

Is there a pick up location?

There will be a pick up option at the checkout and we will coordinate a time that works for you.
