Sandra Sidey | Managing Director

Sandra is a great testament to the sentiment "home is where the heart is". Originally from Nova Scotia, Sandra lived abroad for 20 years in cities throughout the UK, Germany and Spain. With a background in legal and communications, Sandra notably worked for the Bar Council and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Finding herself homesick, Sandra received a Nova Box while in Spain from a friend in Prince Edward Island. She connected with the team at Nova Box over social media and fast forward two years -  she is now an integral part of the Nova Box family.

As the Managing Director, Sandra oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic vision of the company. With a passion for supporting small business, Sandra's focus is to continue expanding partnerships with local businesses while growing the team and the organization.

In her spare time Sandra enjoys re-exploring Nova Scotia, hiking with a very rambunctious labrador and going to the gym. 

Sapir Gadilov | Product and Marketing Manager

Sapir is Nova Box's first official employee! As Nova Box's Marketing and Product Manager, Sapir really is the engine that keeps Nova Box running smoothly.

Sapir is a third year Commerce student at Saint Mary's University with aspirations of someday opening her own business. Originally from Israel, Sapir is fluent in English, Hebrew and Russian. With a background in retail and customer service, Sapir understands the importance putting the customer first. 

In her spare time Sapir likes to hike, go to the gym and play badminton. Sapir is also passionate about plants, and has lovingly outfitted the office with beautiful plants and flowers.
